about breathwork

By tuning into our breath and bodily sensations, we can become more attuned to our thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns, fostering greater self-understanding and insight into our challenges and goals.
Breathwork can facilitate the processing of emotions and traumatic experiences by creating a safe and grounded space for exploration. Our breathwork guide begins each class or private session with a seated warm up and a demonstration of the three part breathing technique.
